As many of you know. my mom, Kate, passed away last year. She was too young, just 64. She had fought cancer for more than 20+ years. Her brain, face, and neck cancers left her nose, eyebrows, and forehead crooked, which made her very self-conscious.
We are privileged to serve others in my mom's position weekly through our makeup lessons. We see hair, brow and lash loss due to cancer. We see strokes, paralysis, and skin diseases.
It's heart-breaking when a woman has lost her confidence and wants to hide her face. We have been able to help via our one-on-one makeup lessons. It's truly a joy to see women smile again, as their confidence is boosted.
We are now offering group lessons in our new classroom... Kate's Place. Named after my mom, with hints of her spirit woven throughout the space, including a rose wall (for selfies), a butterfly garden, and an overly-girly entertaining space.
The perfect space for birthdays (12 year old+), girls-nights-out, team bonding, or family ladies night. Learn how to apply lashes, contour, or holiday glam!
