Cancellation Policy

A charge in the amount of 50% of your scheduled service will be enforced for no-shows and/or cancellations not performed at least 12 hours prior to appointment. If you are 10+ minutes late, this will be considered a no-show, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled, & 50% of your service will be charged. Please keep in mind appointments are brief scheduled back-to-back. When your appointment runs late, it throws off all subsequent appointments and inconveniences other people. Early Morning Appointments

Appointments before 7:00 am can be accommodated both in-studio and for non-bridal, on-site requests for a $25 convenience fee.

Bridal Makeup Policies

Minimum Party Size Requirement

A party minimum of 7, including bride, is required to book and retain bridal services. If there are less than 7 the day of, services for 7 will still be charged. Brides with parties that don’t meet the minimum can opt to pay for 7 faces. 

 

Late Arrivals

Punctuality for bridal makeup appointments, like all logistics of a wedding day timeline, is very important. Late arrivals can cause scheduling conflicts and delays with the predetermined wedding timeline and Image By Lisa’s other appointments.

 

Late arrivals will incur a fee of $25 each half hour past the dedicated arrival time.

Travel For Bridal Services

Should travel outside of the Tallahassee, FL area (15 miles/ 30 miles round-trip), the additional cost will be $0.55 per mile. Should Image By Lisa staff be traveling outside of the state of Florida, all costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by the client.

 

Costs may include, but are not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, per diem, service incidentals and all taxes. Should the venue change after the original signing of this contract, additional travel fees may apply. There will be no cost within a 15-mile radius of Tallahassee, FL.
