at Kate's Place

Kate's Place, Image By Lisa's event space, is the perfect spot to gather girls (4 years and up) and women for birthday parties, classes or even just a group girl's night out for a special day you won't forget!

For our youngest party guests (ages 4-10), we offer a station experience, where the girls can receive makeup application from a professional makeup artist, with the option to add on other stations such as nail painting.

Older girls (ages 10-16) can enjoy a makeup lesson and hands-on experience where they apply their own makeup under the guidance and direction of the professional makeup artist.

Group classes are available for adults as observational presentations, with the option to be taught by Master Artist Lisa Davis either at Kate's Place or on-site of your home or office.

In addition to the main indoor studio space where makeup classes are hosted, Kate's Place offers full use of its outdoor patio and pavilion, equipped with surround sound music. Food, drinks and additional decor are not included but welcomed!

STATION EXPERIENCE | $400

Recommended for birthday parties, girls 4-10 years old. Parental supervision suggested.

1.5 hours total party time in Kate’s Place and in outdoor area.
1-2 junior makeup artists.
Up to 10 guests comfortably, $40 per additional guest, up to 14 max.
3 stations suggested: Makeup station, Nail painting station, and Activity/Craft of choice provided by parent.
Girls makeup applied at makeup station by artist. Parent or optional additional artist for nail painting. Parent or volunteer for craft station.
Makeup applied based on age appropriateness. 4-8 years old, includes sparkly eyeshadow, blush, and lip gloss. 9-10 years old added mascara, brow mascara, highlighter etc.
Full use of tables, linens, studio space, outdoor patio and pavilion.
Tiered and flat serving platters available for food display.
Food, snacks, cake, paper products not provided but welcome.

HANDS ON EXPERIENCE | $500

Recommended for girls parties 10-16 years old. Parental supervision not required. Parents are able to drop girls and return later.

2 hours total party time in Kate’s Place and outdoor area
Fits up to 8 guests comfortably, $50 per additional guest, up to 10 max, as 10 is tight.
2 junior makeup artists: 1 teaching, and 1 assistant to help girls.
4-10 Individual stations based on final headcount, includes all makeup, brushes, and mirrors.
Girls apply their own makeup using tools and makeup provided, under supervision of artists.
Makeup application based on age appropriateness.
Birthday girl is model, with makeup done by artist as demo for guests.
Full use of tables, linens, studio space, outdoor patio and pavilion.
Tiered and flat serving platters available for food display.
Food, snacks, cake, paper products not provided but welcome.

PRESENTATION EXPERIENCE | $600

Recommended for adults – Option to have class taught by Lisa Davis, Master Artist. Option to have class on-site at a home or office.

1.5-2 hours total class time in Kate’s Place or on-site.
1 Senior or Master makeup artist.
On-site classes additional $50 travel fee.
4-10 guests comfortably, 10 max in Kate’s Place.
On site no minimum based on spacing determined by host.
Live tutorial/class structure, observational, not hands-on.
Interaction with questions welcome.
Special pre-planned theme or topic welcome.
Food, drinks, and bubbly welcome but not provided.
