Today is day 30 of my detox and I am finishing strong and 14lbs lighter. Honestly this was hard to start but I really enjoyed it. What I learned is that I put too much emphasis on the act of eating once I got past not having a hot meal three times a day I noticed I was full and did not need all that I was consuming to be full or happy. I also realized that gluten, dairy, and I are not friends. The swelling in my body went down after the first week.
